Payment terms and conditions

  1. The Boardroom of Melbourne sets various fees and charges for booking services provided to the Members and Non-Members. All fees and charges are denominated in Australian dollars.
  2. The Boardroom of Melbourne charges the fees for inhouse room reservation bookings and Escort Time Bookings only. Invoices and receipts may use a nominated business name owned by the Boardroom of Melbourne for your privacy. Service fees will be charged by the various Service Providers (Ladies) for their services as negotiated with them at the time of service.   3. The Boardroom of Melbourne uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
    • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
    • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Boardroom of Melbourne or any outside party.
    • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
    • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
    • eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
    • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by The Boardroom of Melbourne.
  4. After an booking online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (you have provided your email address to complete the booking process). We will normally confirm receipt of your booking within a few minutes of ordering.

  1. Refunds will only be available for the following bona fide reasons,
    • You have cancelled the booking with a least 24hours notice via email.
    • The chosen Service Provider is not be available (Due to circumstances beyond our control) at the time of the booking.
    • Failure of a OHS (health check) inspection, provided that no cost is incurred by The Boardroom of Melbourne for such cancellation.
    • The Service Provider has declined to provide the service.

    Refund requests will be at the discretion of The Boardroom of Melbourne and, if deemed payable, will be credited to the Card used for payment, or Internet transfer to the bank account used for payment.

    Partial refunds may be available where appropriate. The Boardroom of Melbourne’s decision regarding the refund will be final.

    Refunds will not be available for missed Bookings or adjusted if you are late for the designated time.

  2. Due to the use of e-Way, The Boardroom of Melbourne will not be recording your Credit card details. The Boardroom of Melbourne accepts Amex, MasterCard and Visa.
